Alana Gabriel is currently the Leisure and Business Travel Sales Manager at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with local business, sourcing new local corporate business through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication that provide individual transient business ensuring maximization of revenue in order to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals established in rooms. Additionally, Alana Gabriel is responsible for soliciting local business opportunities for golf, spa and food & beverage outlets revenue within the hotel.
